Missy Boudiette is an entrepreneur, professional blogger, author and educator. She has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Oklahoma and has a passion for empowering women with knowledge and confidence. She is a certified birth doula through DONA International, a Hypno-Doula through Hypnobabies®, certified lactation counselor, and a certified placenta specialist.

Missy enjoys writing and is an award-winning blogger as the Honeybee Mama and was a featured blogger for TulsaKids Magazine for several years. She’s published articles in the TulsaKids Baby Guide, as well as the DONA International magazine. Missy was also a regular guest on Fox 23's Tulsa Live and enjoys public speaking opportunities. She is a contributing expert for DONA International’s Doula Chronicles, TheTot.com, The New Birth Paradigm Summit, the Cultured Doula Program and Flock Yeah mini birth conferences. She also loves giving back to the Tulsa Community as well as travel all over the United States training other doulas and childbirth educators in the Your Birth Experience curriculum. 

Her passion is to instill confidence in parents and professionals by equipping them to achieve their goals. She combats myths with facts using simple and effective training techniques and by providing the tools and resources people need to make informed decisions and take action. Whether in childbirth or business, Missy help people discover what they want and gives them a step-by-step plan to accomplish it.

Missy loves adventure, spontaneity, NPR, the beach, wine, homemade macaroni and cheese, laughing, campfires and her clogs. When she is not teaching and mentoring, Missy enjoys working in her garden, playing cards or riding bikes with her kids and daydreaming with a cup of coffee in her hands.
